Bio:

  • Julia has been a member of CrossFit Tullahoma since it opened in March 2013. Prior to college, Julia was involved in multiple sports growing up, but ultimately focused on competitive softball. Finding that competitive drive inside her again after having children, she fell in love with CrossFit and how it constantly pushed you to improve. Being a teacher, she naturally wanted to learn more about CrossFit by becoming a trainer and then help others become more successful at it, regardless of age, skill, or ability level.

    Julia believes that CrossFit is about better functioning for life. Not everyone will be able to complete the same movements or use the same weights, but Julia’s goal is to find a way to individualize each person’s workout so that it pushes them and will improve their life.
