CrossFit Tullahoma was established in 2013. Since then, our aim at CFT has been to make working out the best hour of your day, while working to improve your overall health and wellness.
The CrossFit Tullahoma community has people from all walks of life and all with differing levels of ability. Even though we come from different backgrounds and experience levels, we are all working towards becoming the best versions of ourselves. Each day our members push through life’s obstacles and commit to making time for improving their life (and usually the lives of those around them).

Nutrition is the foundation of fitness. It lays the molecular foundations for fitness and health. Nutrition is everything that you put into your body, it’s the food you eat at every meal, it’s the supplements you take, the water you drink.
Metabolic Conditioning builds capacity in each of three metabolic pathways, developing efficiency for short, medium, and long distances simultaneously.
Gymnastics establish functional capacity for body control and range of motion. Our best advice when it comes to gymnastics in general is continue to practice the basics, master the basics, and continuously work on progressions.
Weightlifting is developing the ability to control external objects and produce power. These movements takes time and repetition.
Sport applies fitness in competitive atmospheres with more randomized movements and skill mastery.
